Here's a recent presentation by Dr. Lawrence Hansen, MD, about the ethics and efficacy of animal experimentation at the first of several forums on animal welfare at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It's interesting to note that according to Rick Bogle on his blog, that no UW-Madison vivisectors or policy makers were in the audience.
