Joseph Wilmet, 42, of Green Bay, shot, killed, and partially butchered a Buffalo in the Badlands National Park in South Dakota. He has been sentenced to probation, given a $5,000 fine, and ordered to pay $5,000 in restitution for the November, 2010, killing.
