Navy admits war games will kill and injure thousands of cetaceans

In its application to take part in 'war games' off the coasts of California, Florida, and Hawaii, the U.S. Navy has admitted that hundreds of dolphins and whales will be killed and injured over the next few years.  The U.S. military budget of the U.S. is over $680 billion annually, equivalent to the next thirteen highest spending countries.
