Harvard's School of Public Health is working to shoot down the notion that milk is a health drink, let alone one that we should include in our daily diets at all. Harvard recommends that people who choose to drink milk drink it as little as possible, and its take on the US Department of Agriculture's recommended nutrition guidelines is to not consider dairy to be a 'food group' at all. Well done, Harvard!
